Conference 'Institutional challenges of the EU in the aftermath of the economic crisis'

DEN HAAG (PDC) - More than 200 students from Maastricht University will present their papers, which will be discussed by participants and feature comments by chairs and experts from the Centre. 

The opening speech will be given by Prof. Dr. Aalt Willem Heringa, Professor of (Comparative) Constitutional and Administrative Law, Director Montesquieu Institute Maastricht, followed by an introduction by Dr. Maja Brkan, Assistant Professor, coordinator of the 'EU Law: Foundations' course.

The conference will feature 4 workshops, which focus on discussing issues of European law. 

The event will take place on Friday, 5th December 2014 from 9:30 – 17:30 at the Stayokay (Maasboulevard 101, Maastricht). 

The conference is organised under the auspices of the Montesquieu Institute and is made possible by the Province of Limburg.
